For any cancellations or rescheduling, please notify us before 24 hours of your service. As we value both of our time and appreciate your understanding, we would also like to accommodate all our clients' schedules as best as we can.

Due to the nature of our service-based appointments, there will be no refunds provided for all the services.
However, we deeply value the feedback from our clients, and your experience is always important to us. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us within 48 hours if you have any questions or concerns regarding your appointment. Upon Your Arrival
Please acknowledge us if you have:

Potential allergies to any lash-related products, including but not limited to: glue, eye pads, tape, latex, vaseline, etc.

Any medical conditions affecting your eyes.

We would like to kindly request our client to acknowledge us if you are in pregnancy status, as it is important for us to provide the most caring and suitable services tailored to your needs.
After Care / Maintenance
In order to properly take good care of your lashes to maintain the best outlook:

Schedule your next appointment within 2-3 weeks

Use brush to take care of your new lashes
